it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Our students come from low-income families and often experience food insecurity. It is vital to our learning environment to provide midday snacks as both nutritional and motivational incentives to perform their best throughout the school day.
Sometimes, the right snack can be a great incentive to focus and complete learning activities.
The incentive can mean the difference between limited engagement and full participation in our learning activities.
In either case, our at-risk student population can greatly benefit from midday snacks, and your contribution would be invaluable to our learning community.
