My students need a refill on some of our consumables to keep learning in a clean and healthy environment! We use a lot of visuals to succeed so in our classroom we use lots of ink!

My Students
My students come from all over South Philadelphia specifically for an Autism program. My school is located in a high needs/low income school district. These young learners have been given some more challenges than most at a young age but work hard to overcome them daily. These students come to school excited and ready to learn and grow. They are not a group to underestimate because they will rise above any expectation set for them, but some times they need a little extra help to get there. I am constantly amaze at how much my students teach me day in and day out.
My Project
My students have many diverse needs. My amazing classroom staff and I spend a good chuck of time making sure our room is clean and germ free. All of our students have autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and in addition to ASD some of my students have complex health needs. Both of these things make keeping out classroom clean super important!
My students also need many visual which needs to be printed, therefore we go through a TON of printer ink.
In order to help them succeed and access their world it is important to print pictures in color. We also use a label maker to help up keep track of all the supplies and which student they belong to. The goldfish are used to both help the students learn to request items independently and for rewards when our students are working hard!
Nearly all students from low‑income households
