This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are a spectacular group of diverse learners. Their busy hands have been learning and creating. Our materials are running low and a replenishment of crayons, playdoh, and glue sticks will help us get through the rest of this school year. Mid-year is also around the time when the need to serve more students in a separate setting arises. These materials will support current and possible new students in my room.
A mid-year reset will refresh our current materials and allow us to finish the year strong with what we need!
Since the students are all at different learning levels, a variety of materials are needed. The ink for our classroom printer, which was graciously provided by wonderful donors from here, is in need of replenishment. Which leads to also needing paper to print on! The ink and paper will provide me the necessity to give my learners assignments and centers on white and fun colored paper! This will give my students the tools needed to complete activities and finish the year strong!
