My Project
Hello and welcome to my new classroom! Yes, we have had to create a new classroom to help support our students. This classroom will be for students with disabilities. These students need extra support to access the curriculum that is set before them. There are some essentials that are needed in order to get my classroom set up and organized. The requested items are the basics that any new classroom would need at the beginning of the school year.
My students require hands-on activities and materials to help them to be successful.
The headphones in this project will help the students be able to access their individual classroom apps and focus on their attention. The games will help the students become better readers and writers. The students are about to start a unit on money, so they will need the money and cash register to help them learn more about money. The students will also be working on writing letters and numbers.
Having a calendar is essential to any classroom to help learn how to use a calendar. Timers will help to keep small groups going. Seat sacks and pocket charts will help to get the classroom organized. The clipboards and writing tablets will allow the students to work in any area of the classroom where they can be successful. Last but not least, the gift card for Teachers Pay Teachers will help to get more hands-on activities created by qualified teachers that will benefit the varying levels in my classroom.
