This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

This is a request for five students who will graduate this year and attend college in the fall. They are also first to attend college in their families and I’m so proud of them!

Our students are dedicated and hard-working teens who focus on school and family and have put a strong emphasis on earning their high school diploma.

I want to do something extra special for the Seniors who will graduate with the Class of 2020!

My Project

I can’t imagine all that parents have to purchase for their child to go away to college with. I want to surprise five students who are first in their families to attend college with a dorm size microwave.

This will come in handy heating up food or making a nutritious snack.

I was trying to think of the most expensive items needed for college and instantly thought of a microwave. It is super convenient to use while studying and doing homework.

Thank you for any help. These college projects mean a lot to me. I want to continue to help my students succeed.
