This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Do you remember the first time you looked through a microscope? I know the first time I looked through a microscope made me want to examine everything I could find.

My students are a wonderful group of third graders who are excited, motivated, and love to learn.

Our school is composed of 80 % English language learners. Our students, parents, and teachers are totally invested in our school. As a group, we are committed to make our school the best place to learn and become a better person we can.

My Project

My students love science. As a teacher, I try to make it hands-on, educational, and exciting. I have worked to collect materials to make my science program great for the kids. Microscopes would really add to my science program. We always here that American students lag behind the rest of the world in the sciences. I have a commitment to make sure that every student who passes through my class has a chance to succeed and enjoy the wonderful world of science.

Hands-on science makes kids want to learn.

Microscopes make kids excited about science. I want my kids to learn about science and want them to be successful and enthusiastic in their future education. With your donation, they will be well on their way.
