My Project
Help bring microscopes into our science classroom! Our middle school students have been giving it their all day in and day out throughout our unit on cells, body systems and diseases and have shown a propensity and innate curiosity for life science. They deserve the same chances that other students have around the country to investigate real life cells and organism samples. Seeing life under the microscope in their very own classroom as opposed to off of photos from google will add the dimension needed to spark our future scientists and will allow them a much more complete understanding of life. These microscopes would be used by 7th and 8th graders and would help to foster a hands on, engaging, and inspiring science classroom for many years to come!
