My Project
In 6th grade we cover a unit on "Parts of a Cell" and with these microscopes my students will be able to see these parts up close and personal as well as record what they see with their own eyes. Using microscopes will help them in their future education when they get to middle and even high school science.
Students need the equipment to advance their education in science.
Giving them the opportunity now to know how to use and handle this equipment hopefully will help them in future science classes. I want to be able to have students handle and look at slides, while looking at the different parts of a cell to engage them in learning.
We can use them while discussing other life and even environmental sciences. Looking at microorganisms that live in specific biomes and show them organisms that they cannot see with just their eyes.
