Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Kids today have the power to create amazing projects that can truly impact the world. The students in my classroom are so creative and want to try everything! From designing and building toys to creating their own robots, they want to try their hand at it all!

Micro:bits are a gateway to unlimited opportunities meshed with technology to create real-world solutions using design thinking.

My students will be using the Micro:bits for a little bit of everything, from building robots to creating water gauges for soil moisture. I'd like to also work with my students on creating their own solar powered cars using the Micro:bits.

The beauty of the Micro:bit is its versatility for all age levels. From my kindergarten through 8th grade, all kids can use the Micro:bit for a wide variety of projects. It's the perfect STEM tool!
