My Students
My 6th, 7th and 8th grade students come from several different neighborhoods throughout Pittsburgh, PA. These are amazing kids who work hard to learn new math concepts. They were just issued laptops and are eager to us them during class to reach new levels of learning!
My Project
My math students use laptops on a daily basis during class. They use them for adaptive programming, test-taking, searching the web and for virtual class. A mouse will provide the advantage of working more efficiently, easier and the relief of stress on fingers.
Practicing math problems online requires a lot of clicks, dragging and dropping.
Using a mouse is more efficient, which will enable my students to practice more problems. The end result is more learning for my students.
