Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
Our students are kind, creative, and curious! The students in this class have all elected to be a part of yearbook and digital media electives and are excited to capture and document all the milestones of our school year for the whole student body!
The students in this class are eager for hands-on learning experiences to put their creative eye to the test!
This group consists of predominantly low-income students who have aspirations for careers in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math. They can't wait to be a part of the next wave of documentarians, journalists, and photographers!
My Project
These mics will help improve the sound quality of student and staff interviews for our digital media program. In addition, they will allow us to capture all the best moments of our whole school events.
These wireless microphones will enhance the performance of our school media arts program, both for the students who are performing, as well as those students who will be in the audience.
Students in the digital media elective will learn how to use sound equipment like a professional.
This project will positively impact our classroom because students will feel like the professional sound techs that they are.
It makes for a huge boost in their confidence, which is something that even the most talented young performers need when on stage!
