My Project
The ongoing support from SpringMath will greatly benefit students at MGA by ensuring consistent and effective implementation of this evidence-based math intervention. As a program developed by Dr. Amanda VanDerHeyden, SpringMath has been researched and proven to significantly boost math skills and abilities in students.
One of the key advantages of the ongoing support provided by SpringMath is that it eliminates any uncertainty or guesswork for educators.
All the research-based guidance and implementation theory is built into the program, providing a roadmap for what to do next and which students should be paired together. This eliminates any ambiguity and allows educators to confidently implement SpringMath.
Consistent implementation with fidelity is a crucial factor in the success of any intervention program. The ongoing support from SpringMath will help Monarch Global Academy achieve this consistency, ensuring that all students in the program receive the full benefits of the intervention. Research has shown that fidelity of implementation is directly linked to positive outcomes for students (VanDerHeyden et al., 2020). By providing ongoing support, SpringMath is helping to maximize the potential for progress.
In addition, the ongoing support will also help to address any challenges or questions that educators may have while implementing SpringMath. This support can include professional development workshops, coaching sessions, and access to a network of experienced educators who have successfully implemented the program. By having access to this support system, educators can continue to refine their implementation strategies and ensure that they are meeting the needs of their students.
Overall, the ongoing support from SpringMath will be instrumental in helping Monarch Global Academy get started with the program. By following the research-based guidance and having access to support from SpringMath, educators can confidently implement this evidence-based math intervention and boost the math skills and abilities of their students.
