Organizing cubbies significantly enhance the learning experience for students by providing essential storage that promotes responsibility and independence, reduces distractions, and supports efficient time management, particularly benefiting those who thrive on structure, such as students with ADHD. The goals of the cubby project include creating a tidy classroom to improve focus, fostering a sense of community and ownership through personalization, enhancing academic achievement by ensuring easy access to resources, and developing lifelong organizational skills that are crucial for future success. Our students, who come from diverse backgrounds and exhibit eagerness to learn, resilience, adaptability, and creativity, inspire a dynamic learning environment. By implementing organizing cubbies, we aim to support these exceptional students in reaching their full potential.
