My Project
As my kindergartens embark on this new school year, I want to make sure they have what they need to be successful. For the first time my students will be engaging in a variety of writing topics. Some of these topics are opinion writing, personal narratives, persuasive writing, how to, and informational writing.
These mentor text will help give my students with visuals as well as auditory examples to help them become successful writers.
Children learn best when things are being modeled for them. Books teach students things such as sentence structure, "wow words", dialogue, and more.
