This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Interpersonal relationships have suffered since the isolation of the pandemic. This age group was of entering school age when it all began and need support.

These books will help students explore their feelings in order to build up empathy and understanding towards others.

The books that I have requested will be read aloud to students to help identify emotions and serve as a foundation for building healthy responses. Each book has a feeling that can be explored in order to help students discover appropriate and helpful responses to these emotions.
