it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
As a social worker in two different public schools (elementary & high school, K-12), I need a range of tools to reach my students. Books help me provide social & emotional lessons to whole classrooms. Games teach social skills in groups like turn-taking and coping with strong feelings. Fidgets enable my students to stay focused in our one-on-one sessions. Sensory materials assist with self-regulation. Hands-on tools help students remember and apply what they learn. Art supplies provide students with another way to express themselves and process their emotions.
I want my office to be a safe and welcoming space for my students!
