Mental Health Support for High School Classroom

My Project

My name is Mr. Klodzinski, my students call me Mr. K. Since the onset of the pandemic dealing with supporting the mental health of my students has become more challenging. My hope is that by utilizing stress reduction techniques involving fidget spinners, coloring books, and plush toys, I will be able to give the students a break from "school", and the stress associated with it, while they are still at school. I also needed a way to keep these new materials organized.

Our school is large and crowded, and creating a chance for mind breaks during the school day will allow the students to discover different ways that they can lessen their stress, and improve their mental health, now, and in the future.
