My Project

This wish list features items that will support students to learn about and practice emotion regulation strategies, build resilience, and develop vital coping skills to navigate life's challenges. Various interventions include social skill games and activities; exploring various coping skills through fidgets, art, and a welcoming, organized, safe place to process and feel heard.

Imagine a school where every student feels seen, supported, and equipped to reach their full potential.

That is my goal as a school-based therapist and mental health consultant working with students one-on-one, in small groups, as well as large classroom setting.

By providing these resources, we can foster a nurturing environment where students feel empowered to address anxiety, manage stress, process difficult experiences like grief or family changes, and ultimately thrive both academically and socially.
