My Project

As a school psychologist, the books, cards, and other resources I have requested will be used to support a wide variety of learners with diverse needs increase their emotional regulation skills in order to better manage complex emotions and improve their mental health & well-being.

By normalizing mental health and supporting students in becoming more comfortable identifying and managing their feelings, students will develop the skills they need not only to be more successful in school, but also in life.

Resources will be used with students individually and in groups in order to meet learners where they are at while also providing opportunities for students to learn how to better communicate and share feelings with one another.
