My Project

These materials will act as resources and coping skills for students who enter my office. Let’s say someone comes in with a panic attack… a student will have the tools to cope and work through this event. After there are tools and resources that will teach them about what happened.

Students must be healthy to be educated and educated to be healthy.

Knowing how to cope with your emotions and have a healthy, positive mind will make you a better learner. Many students in this age range are having a lot of firsts and don’t know how to deal with the emotions of stress, test anxiety, loneliness, or the physical symptoms that come with them. Many physical symptoms can find ease through these resources.
