My Project

Want to make a difference in mental health awareness. Start with helping to provide a preschool mental health awareness classroom. Preschool students are learning about their social emotional skills. These items such as calm down charts, pillows, books and fidgets are several ways to help students learn how to calm down or express their feelings in a positive behavior.

Mental health begins as early as preschool age.

Students need positive strategies and activities to help support mental health awareness. We teach social emotional skills as part of our curriculum throughout the school year. Conflict resolution and feelings are important lessons when making new friends at a new school.
