My Students
This year, I have a wide range of students. Most of my students are Native American. Some are eager to learn, and others will need that extra push to succeed. The children seem to work really well together and encourage each other.
I believe that all students can and will learn.
They just need to be nurtured and encouraged to succeed. Some just need to know that they are loved and can achieve their goals, as long as they don't quit, and never give up.
My Project
I am requesting a storage cabinet that will be used to store supplies that will be used to help create memory books for my students. Each student will have an area or drawer in which they use to keep their supplies. They will use the scrapbook paper to put their memories together. I already have three-ring binders that they will use to make their book with.
I believe this year my students need a way to express their feelings and accomplishments.
I hope that by helping them create these memories and capturing them that will feel successful.
