This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are amazing scholars that are eager to learn and take on new challenges! They come from varied backgrounds, from their culture and ethnicity, yet they all share the same love for learning and becoming better versions of themselves.
As our school year draws to a close, I am requesting a camera for my students to use on field trips so that they can take pictures of memories that can be cherished forever.
An instant camera is perfect for this as my students will be able to see their photos immediately in the moment that they are taken--thus creating a memory within a memory. Not only will my students each get a keepsake of this school year, they will also have a chance to explore their creative vision through analog photography!
