This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Help me improve student engagement and motivation in my classroom. In an attempt to accomplish this, I wish to incorporate a variety of activities in my classroom to make math more fun for students, but I need the supplies and can't do it alone.
In the beginning of the year, I asked students what kind of rewards they would like to see this year.
Some suggested stickers, others suggested snacks, and a few suggested school supplies. With the correct supplies and rewards, students will learn to love math and be excited to come to class.
