A small group table will give me a space to meet with my students one on one, or in small groups, to learn their strengths, learning styles, and needs.

I can then individualize my instruction to help my students meet their achievement goals.

I can hear individual students read to me to better diagnose the skills they need and help them practice those specific skills.

I can meet small groups of children to teach using manipulatives to give students hands-on instruction to build their conceptual knowledge.

All students need individual attention to help them boost their achievement.
