Medicine Balls for Track

Help me give my students weighted medicine balls for developing explosive power for track.

My Project

This year we have a large number of students coming out for track, which is a good thing! Unfortunately, we are running short on equipment such as medicine balls. This creates an imbalance during our practices, where not everyone can participate in strength building exercises.

These medicine balls will allow more students to participate in strength building exercises during track practice.

Our students do show a great deal of patience while they wait for others to finish their workouts, but it would be even better if all students could do the exercises at the same time. These medicine balls would go a long way to making that happen.
