This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Social Emotional, Coping Skills and Mindful Movement are importance to help students succeed in their life.
Help me give my students the opportunity to experience mindfulness and relaxation techniques to tackle everyday stress and anxiety instead of focusing on hurtful habits for copying.
Students will use the Bluetooth speakers to listen to meditations and relaxing songs during all of our SEl class.
This will help me give my students a way to control their energy and channel it in a positive way.
