My Project

May the 4th is widely regarded as Star Wars Day, but it also coincides with Free Comic Book Day and I want to make it a big one at our school. Comics can be a great way to get reluctant or striving readers into books and there is nothing that beats practice for building literacy.

I want to create a FREE Comic Book Day at our school that includes free comics, stickers, starry soda and other goodies like star crunch cookies and free books as prizes for our top readers and anyone who comes into the school library that day.

All help is appreciated.
