This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
This upcoming school year will be my first year as a 1st grade teacher! I am so excited to get back into the classroom and start teaching face to face with students again. I taught Kindergarten last year so I am looking forward to seeing my students sweet faces again this year!
My Project
We use the Daily 5 everyday..it's in the name. During our Daily 5 students develop great literacy skills that will help them throughout school.
To maximize my students' learning I am asking for these products.
Each item will be used in our Daily 5. Students can spell sight words using playdoh and the play doh stamps. They can use magnetic letters to create words and sentences. They can use the stamps to also practice their sight words. Just having all these different resources will be great for my students to not be stuck using just one way.
