My Students

I am a second-year teacher at a Title I school in an urban setting. The majority of my students come from low-income families and may not have the financial abilities to provide their children with everything they need to be successful.

All children no matter where they come from, deserve a quality education.

My goal is to provide them with the tools they need to be successful. My students have dreams and goals and I want to help them reach their full potential.

My Project

This year I will be in a collaborative classroom. My students are entering 5th grade with various math skills. The workbook will serve as a daily practice for my students and the flash cards will be used to keep them engaged while having fun. All of these supplies will allow them to practice basic math skills to help them reach the same level as their peers.

In this new era of digital learning, it is important that my students' have constant practice.

There is a lot that is uncertain in todays society but I am certain that with these tools, I can provide them with the very best.
