Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students love hands-on activities and can be very creative when given the opportunity. As their teacher, I strive to create as many learning opportunities for each child to express themselves through exploration, collaboration and communication.
I have a group of energetic and fun first graders!
In our classroom, we have diverse learning needs, we move around and manipulate hands-on materials daily. Therefore, we choose to collaborate by building a community that develops communication and creativity skills to meet each child's unique needs. Students need their own materials to work in their own space and at their own pace.
By donating to my project, you will be helping my students to increase 21st century skills, student engagement, collaboration, and achievement, but also prepare my students to become lifelong learners.
