This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Last year, a teacher provided me with protectors and compasses the day before a long break. I put the boxes by the classroom door (which was close to the trashcan). When I came back the boxes of protectors and compasses were not there. The janitor had thrown them away by accident. I haven't been able to replace them.
The compasses and the protectors will be used by my 7th and 8th-grade students.
Since PI day is coming up, this is one way we are going to prepare for PI Day Projects.
