Math Stations Hold The Cards In Learning

My Project

My students are special because they love to come to school and learn. They are thirsty for knowledge and opportunities. Our school is a family, and when students care about themselves and one another, everyone helps out to see themselves and others succeed.

These math card games will make a difference in learning because it will help students practice concepts in a fun way, but are purposeful and beneficial to their foundational math skills.

My goals for this project are for students to acquire fluency, automaticity, collaboration, cooperation, peer tutorials, and build autonomy in learning math stations that are facilitated by students. These goals will result in student success in math, and a firmer understanding of the skills necessary to master in fourth grade.
