My Project

I love how much our class has grown academically so far this school year! We have a special group of 26 students. This second half of the school year, I would like to focus more on geometry and measurement concepts in mathematics with my students to help them "grow" and "stretch" themselves and in their conceptual understanding of these mathematical domains. Through these geometry kits (volume, area and perimeter, and geometric shapes), students will be able to be exposed to a variety of geometric terms and apply them through manipulatives to work on with their math groups. Through TPT, I can also find more resources for measurement and "Unlocking" math challenges they have expressed interest in.
