My Project

I teach an enthusiastic, capable population of scholars. My class is often their first formal educational experience, and I would like for it to be a place that stimulates creativity, growth, and a desire to learn. Engaging, hands-on activities are necessary to reach my scholars.

These games will enable my learners to develop kindergarten readiness.

STEM activities foster development in critical thinking, problem solving, and real-world application of content. I would like my students to be able to engage in these activities in all learning centers and all subject areas. For example, when learning about winter weather, learners can make snow and build snowmen and igloos while exploring with their senses. In the construction center, learners can make construction vehicles. In dramatic play center, students can sort foods based on color, food groups, etc.
