This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are amazing! Our school is located in a rural part of central California in the foothills of the beautiful Sierra Nevada mountains. We love our community and the natural resources we have in our area.

Many of my students come from middle to low-income families.

My students come to school every day excited to learn something new and ready to take on a new challenge. While our students have many obstacles in their lives, they persevere and succeed.

My Project

I am requesting these spiral notebooks for my students to create math notebooks. With these notebooks, my students will be able to organize math concepts from daily lessons. It is important that every student have their own individual notebook. They can use them as homework support. Parents can reference notes to support their child at home.

With these notebooks, my students will always have review materials at their fingertips when working independently or as a group.

Some of my students come from families which cannot provide materials. Thank you for your support.
