My Project
I love teaching kindergarten! My students are very curious and love to take risks. They enjoy exploring and making connections to the world around them. The math materials in this project will help support their learning and encourage abstract thinking skills. Included in this project is a new class calendar with all of the necessary morning meeting conversation starters that we do daily. Also, there are manipulatives that we'll use all school year as our foundational skills build. One of my favorite activities that I have included is step counters for outside. I am planning on doing more centers outdoors this year to incorporate physical activities and learning. I know the supplies in this project will make learning math fun and memorable.
