This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I am dedicated to making learning fun for my fourth graders. My fourth graders will use the fraction kits to understand the concept and size of fractions, compare fractions, and make equivalent fractions while completing hands on activities and games. We will utilize the place value games to collaboratively review place value. All of the skill flash cards will come in handy during small group time when my students can collaborate with each other while engaging in skill based games. My fourth graders like to use everything but paper and pencil while learning. They will use the chart paper, white boards, and erasable pens to complete assignments.
