My Project
My scholars are a delightful group of students who live in the Beautiful Hilo Town on Hawai’i Island. A community rich in history and diversity, our classroom is filled with bright, curious minds eager to explore the world of mathematics.
This project is focused on providing engaging math reference posters and hands on math activities that will enhance their learning experience.
Math reference posters will be located throughout the classroom and in our math center so students can refer back to them during assignments and activities. Math resource pocket folders will provide scholars quick access to math tools and charts both at their desks and at home. Abacus tool will be available in our math center and used during small group lessons. Mahalo for your consideration!
