My Project
I teach third grade at a Title I school. I have a wide range of learning levels in my classroom. Math manipulatives will make concepts easier to understand and fun at the same time.
Learning through hands-on activities with math manipulatives is crucial for students to understand third grade math concepts.
My goal is to create individual student bags of math manipulatives that will hang at each student’s desk. This project is to supply student clocks that have gears to show the correct hour/minute relationship. These math manipulatives will not only impact my current third graders but many classes after them.
