Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
We are an ICT classroom that is made up of many different types of learners. Some of the students in this class are classified with special needs, or English is not their first language. Our school is located in a low income area in the Bronx.
Everyone in my classroom works hard to create a positive learning environment for the students.
All the students in our classroom love to learn. We are a hands on school that incorporates projects based learning and technology into the classrooms. Throughout the school day we teach 70 students! We are always trying to find new ways to make learning exciting and fun for our students!
My Project
During this upcoming school year we are unsure of how things will play out. Some students may be coming into the classroom and some may be learning from home.
One thing we know for sure is that our students will learn and our students will thrive during this difficult time.
In order to help our students whether they are in school learning or at home learning is to provide them with their own set of materials. This project will help give each student the set of materials they need to succeed during this upcoming school year!
