This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Working in an NYC public school provides many challenges in regards to resources. A laser color printer will build engagement and address a multitude of various learning styles. My students are more successful when they have access to resources with bold and detailed images.
Research has demonstrated that color can help improve memory and recall, increase student attention, and foster a positive environment; all of which will contribute to academic achievement.
Dynamic and detailed images will maintain momentum in the classroom. This laser printer will be a game changer in my room.
