This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
These materials will allow my students to have small learning centers for math. Small learning centers is effective for elementary students to have independent and small group learning through different manipulative and practice skills successfully.
This will be beneficial to my students while I work on individual students who need the extra support.
Students will work in small learning groups and then rotate to another center activity to work on. I have seen first hand how effective centers are for primary grades and how this will be a valuable resource in my classroom!
