Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I'm looking forward to helping to spark a love of math for the students I will work with as a Math Interventionist at my campus.
My goal for this project is to invest in hands-on materials that help children make connections more easily and to make the abstract more concrete for them.
I also want to build my library with engaging picture books about math to bridge math and language arts.
The students I will be serving will be needing that extra boost in order to succeed in their math mastery.
