My Project
Our school is a Title I school. That means that more than half of our students live in a poverty situation. We have about 600 students ranging from pre-K to 6th grade. Many of these students and their families lack opportunities that provide them new experiences that are not only fun but educational as well.
My students are inquisitive, enthusiastic, creative, and eager to immerse themselves in an environment that provides them with interactive, hands-on experiences!
They absolutely love opportunities that allow them to become actively involved in challenges, show their creativity, and become responsible for their own learning. They come to school each day ready to experience new things and take chances in order to grow both personally and academically. I am inspired by them every day!
