This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
We are requesting hands-on builders for our math areas. These sets include waffle builders, pipe builders, stack and create builders, and a wooden abacus. These materials will be used in independent learning areas so students can practice math skills such as counting, shapes, colors, and measurement!
We are also requesting sorting trays for our math areas!
These trays will help students use math manipulatives to sort, pattern, and count!
My students love to learn through play and exploration. They also love to be creative and imaginative. These materials will allow them to do that!
