Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
These materials are desperately needed for intervention and special education supports. All of these materials will be used during intervention groups and small groups and for students who need extra accommodations. However, all students will benefit from the availability of having manipulatives for them to use.
This project will help support students who need to bridge foundational skills in math by making them feel successful and encouraging them to practice and improve learning outcomes.
Please consider helping make math fun for struggling learners so that they don’t continue to fall behind. By using engaging materials, students of all level abilities will get hooked into practicing math skills.
As a new elementary school teacher, I am still building my toolbox and looking for support in being able to accommodate for differing students needs.
