This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I teach in a Title 1 school where access to updated classroom technology is limited, but the dedication to learning is strong. Our current tools make it challenging to deliver engaging, interactive instruction-especially in math, where visual support and flexibility are key. An iPad Air would be a powerful resource in transforming how I teach and how my students learn. With this tool, I can display my math lessons on the board while moving freely around the room, never turning my back on students. This is especially important when working with students who benefit from constant engagement, proximity, and visual support. The iPad will also allow students to share their thinking in real time, helping to build confidence and deepen understanding as their work is projected for the class to discuss and celebrate.
Your support would help bring energy, connection, and equity into our math classroom.
