This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are from an inner-city district. They enjoy learning with collaboration. The whiteboards and markers allow my students to practice with each other. They also allow me to see at a glance student work. Students often take turns being the teacher. They work with another student to practice SBAC questions and prepare for state testing. The books will facilitate questions for the scholars to practice. The students also love to play math games. The math games will show visuals of math concepts. We are super excited to get started!
