Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
BCES serves a diverse and vibrant student population, many of whom come from economically disadvantaged backgrounds. A significant portion of our families face financial hardships, with a large percentage qualifying for free or reduced-price lunch programs. Despite these challenges, our students are eager to learn, and our dedicated staff works tirelessly to create a nurturing and academically enriching environment.
We would like to created a vibrant, engaging space where students can explore math through fun, hands-on activities.
This room will make a difference—boosting confidence, encouraging collaboration, and sparking a love for learning MATH. Students will have the ability to use the room before and or afterschool.
These resources are critical for fostering engagement and academic achievement.
We are seeking assistance to ensure that every child has the tools they need to thrive. Your support would make a meaningful difference in the lives of our students and help us continue to build a strong foundation for their future.
